Andrew Klvana

Andrew established a career in the finance industry, most recently as a Vice President for PNC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking team. Andrew brings almost a decade of problem-solving, analytical, and customer service experience to his role as an agent for Keller Williams. Working with both buyers and sellers, Andrew specializes in single-family forever homes, first-time home purchases, and multi-family investment properties. His passion for real estate stems from personal experience as an investor/homeowner as well as his drive to help families and individuals with one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Andrew moved to Milwaukee in February of 2016. Originally relocating for a job, Andrew quickly fell in love with a few of the countless things the Midwest has to offer…beer, cheese, and his future wife. Andrew and his wife Emily currently live in the Bluemound Heights neighborhood with their Goldendoodle, Milly. Having spent 6+ years living and exploring Southeast Wisconsin, Andrew is well-versed on the Milwaukee, Tosa, and Brookfield markets.

In his free time Andrew is an avid sports fan, enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, plays the drums, and enjoys reading. He is fully on the Buck’s, Brewer’s, and Packer’s bandwagon and looks forward to many more championships to come.
